SCHEDULE UPDATE

[00:00:00] [SPEAKER_00]: Hey, everyone. Ben here, leaving you a message as to the status of the podcast at the moment.

[00:00:06] [SPEAKER_00]: So originally we were planning on returning next Monday from the time that you're hearing this

[00:00:12] [SPEAKER_00]: October 7th due to me being away this past weekend working a show in Massachusetts.

[00:00:17] [SPEAKER_00]: We didn't want to take a... We didn't want to come back for one episode and then

[00:00:20] [SPEAKER_00]: have to take a break already. So we decided to push and postpone the beginning of our

[00:00:27] [SPEAKER_00]: coverage of The Good Place until next Monday, October 7th. However,

[00:00:32] [SPEAKER_00]: Kristin and her family are safe as many of you might have known at this point they do live

[00:00:39] [SPEAKER_00]: down in the Carolinas and they have been hit by Hurricane Helene. So they are safe just to make

[00:00:46] [SPEAKER_00]: everybody aware of that. Everybody is fine. Everybody is safe. They are not at home,

[00:00:51] [SPEAKER_00]: however, at the moment. They have been told that it may be a couple weeks before they are able to

[00:00:58] [SPEAKER_00]: return home and power and internet are restored. So for the time being we are currently on hold

[00:01:05] [SPEAKER_00]: premiering our coverage of The Good Place because Kristin is just unable to podcast at

[00:01:11] [SPEAKER_00]: the moment because as I mentioned they are not home. So we are in a holding pattern.

[00:01:16] [SPEAKER_00]: We promise you as soon as we are able to begin our coverage as soon as Kristin is back

[00:01:21] [SPEAKER_00]: up and running and she is back at home and comfortable and everything is good,

[00:01:25] [SPEAKER_00]: we are going to begin that coverage. But for the meantime again we are in that holding pattern just

[00:01:30] [SPEAKER_00]: until everything comes out first and foremost Kristin, her family and their home is more

[00:01:38] [SPEAKER_00]: important than the podcast. So we're going to be taking this break right now until everything

[00:01:43] [SPEAKER_00]: is situated and she is able to return to it again. Her and her family are safe. They are

[00:01:48] [SPEAKER_00]: staying with family at the moment and yeah that about covers it right now. So just wanted to hop on,

[00:01:56] [SPEAKER_00]: give you that quick little update as to why we haven't started the coverage yet.

[00:02:02] [SPEAKER_00]: And as of right now we don't know when we're going to be able to but hopefully

[00:02:06] [SPEAKER_00]: it will be within the next couple weeks. We're going to be able to get back to it. So

[00:02:11] [SPEAKER_00]: one more time Kristin and her family are safe. They are staying with family

[00:02:15] [SPEAKER_00]: but they are unable to return home right now as there is no power and there is no internet.
