REVISITED SCHEDULE UPDATE

[00:00:08] Just wanted to give you a little bit of an update to what's happening here.

[00:00:13] Obviously, we missed last week with a new episode of Revisited,

[00:00:16] and we're sadly missing this week as well.

[00:00:19] So here's the deal with Kristin coming off a spring break.

[00:00:24] She has been incredibly busy with getting back to school,

[00:00:29] especially because she's heading into the end of the semester,

[00:00:33] the end of the school year.

[00:00:34] So there's a lot of preparation preparation for all of that

[00:00:38] for the end of the school year kind of things.

[00:00:41] So she has been working nonstop with that.

[00:00:44] And sadly, it has put a very limited time in her schedule

[00:00:47] to be able to record.

[00:00:48] And, you know, her teaching is incredibly important.

[00:00:52] So that takes priority over the podcast.

[00:00:55] But myself included, I am approaching fan Expo weekend

[00:00:59] here in Philadelphia, and I have seven incredible panels

[00:01:03] that I'm going to be moderating.

[00:01:04] And, you know, they take a lot of preparation.

[00:01:08] I'm going to be moderating a panel

[00:01:10] of a national lampoon's reunion with Chevy Chase

[00:01:14] and Beverly D'Angelo and Randy Quaid.

[00:01:16] I'm doing an office reunion panel with Rainn Wilson, Oscar Nunez,

[00:01:19] Creed Bratton and Kate Flannery.

[00:01:22] I'm moderating the panel with Alan Tudyk.

[00:01:24] I'm moderating a panel with Gina Carano.

[00:01:25] I'm there's just so many panels.

[00:01:27] Tom Cavanaugh from The Flash.

[00:01:29] I have it takes a lot of work to prepare.

[00:01:31] So rather than try and force time to record,

[00:01:36] we are taking a little bit of a break and we don't want it

[00:01:40] to be like it was during the pandemic.

[00:01:44] You're not going to miss us for, you know, over a year's time.

[00:01:50] We want to make sure we're coming back to give the rap properly

[00:01:53] of the rest of season three of Ted Lasso and then make the announcement

[00:01:57] to the show that we're going to be covering afterwards,

[00:01:59] which most of you know already.

[00:02:00] You know what it is.

[00:02:01] But we're going to make the announcement officially in a couple of weeks.

[00:02:04] So we're making you this promise and we're going to stick to it

[00:02:08] because, again, we don't want it to be like the pandemic.

[00:02:11] We are returning with all new episodes in a matter of a couple of weeks.

[00:02:16] And we're going to be coming back on Monday, May 20th.

[00:02:19] So it's about three weeks out.

[00:02:21] But again, we want to give ourselves enough time to prepare

[00:02:25] for everything that we have.

[00:02:26] Kristen, for the end of the school year, me heading in the convention season.

[00:02:30] You know, I got to get a lot of preparation for that as well.

[00:02:33] So you're going to miss us for a couple of weeks.

[00:02:36] But as we as I said, I promise you new episodes

[00:02:40] May 20th of the revisited podcast until then.

[00:02:44] This is a good opportunity for you guys to get caught up,

[00:02:47] maybe even watch ahead a little bit, send in feedback

[00:02:50] for the rest of season three per episode, though,

[00:02:54] so that we don't have to kind of kind of split it up.

[00:02:57] And we'll bring you even more recommendations

[00:02:59] because there'll be so much more stuff happening.

[00:03:00] And who knows what else we're going to have for you when we return?

[00:03:04] Maybe a couple of surprises. We shall see.

[00:03:06] But again, we're going to return with all new episodes on Monday, May 20th.

[00:03:10] Apologies for taking this little bit of a break.

[00:03:13] But hopefully you guys understand, you know, as I mentioned,

[00:03:15] Kristen's teaching is very important.

[00:03:17] That is what's taking priority over everything else.

[00:03:20] She needs the time. So we're going to give it to her.
